Welcome to the Confederation of Ethiopian Employers’ Federation.
The CEEF’s governance structure is set-out in its Statutes. Our governance structure consists of five components, namely, the General Assembly, comprised of all our nation-wide members; the Executive Council, the Board of Directors, the Audit and the Secretariat. Each of them has a specific roles and responsibilities.
The Confederation of Ethiopian Employers’ Federations, in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), has provided a two-day training program to its member federations, associations, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders aimed at enhancing awareness on International Labour Standards, Tripartite Social Dialogue, Industrial Relations, and Workplace Cooperation particularly on issues such as gender, child labour, environmental protection, and related topics.
