About Us

Representing Ethiopian Business for Over a Century

The Confederation of Ethiopian Employers’ Federations (CEEF) serves as the sole representative of the business community in social and employment policy dialogues within Ethiopia’s Tripartite platform and other emerging social partnership forums.

For over a century, and on behalf of our five member federations and affiliated organizations, CEEF has consistently leveraged its experience, expertise, and advocacy capacity to shape national and global debates on critical issues affecting employers and the broader business environment.

Today, employers and businesses confront an expanding range of challenges—including skills development, labour migration, and the rapidly evolving nature of work. In response, CEEF continues to strengthen its national presence and strategic influence, representing employer organizations and their members in addressing both emerging challenges and opportunities at the national and international levels.
