The CEEF’s governance structure is set-out in its Statutes. Our governance structure consists of five components, namely, the General Council, comprised of all our nation-wide members; the Executive Council, the Board of Directors, the Audit and the Secretariat. Each of them has a specific roles and responsibilities.
